歐蘭德(1954年8月12日-)是自2012年選出的第24任法國總統，在他任內發生了多起恐怖攻擊事件，以及派軍隊攻打伊斯蘭國等。歐蘭德在2016年12月宣佈，將不參選2017年5月的法國總統選舉。
